Once a month, you'll receive a beautifully designed box, hand picked and packed, just for
you, full of exciting full-sized products, right at your doorstep.
We ship monthly subscription boxes on a consistent schedule each month and begin
shipping around the 1st day of the month.
Your first box will ship within two business days after your place your order.
Yes! You will receive a link to manage your subscription and track your order.
We will remind you after your last subscription box ships to ask if you would like to renew.
It’s simple, no worries of you being automatically charged.
If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can cancel anytime by emailing us at
info@dupeobsessed.com or by accessing your account profile. Cancellation requests
must be received by the 15th calendar day of the month prior to our next delivery. If you
cancel your d.u.pe. OBSESSED subscription prior to the end of your prepaid term, you will
still receive the remaining boxes included in the prepaid subscription. We are not able to
issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.
Shipping is free for all subscription orders, shipping to addresses in the continental US.
Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can also
check order details and tracking in your customer portal.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
